Connection Meditation

Sit in a comfortable position, and as you do, slowly, deeply breathe in and out.
Follow your breath. Notice how you inhale and exhale, and how it feels.

As you slowly breathe in and out, let any thoughts that you are having
drift away, knowing you can pull them back anytime you want to.
Just let them go for now.

Feel your thoughts now becoming still, focus on your breath.

Now,
Visualize, think about or pretend that you are outside on a beautiful day.
You first feel the earth under your feet as you walk, it feels solid - firm.
You sense the strength of the sun as it warms you inside and out.
You feel yourself connected as a part of this world.
As you are casually wandering around you notice a bird flying above as another comes to join it in flight.
You smile as you become so aware of the association, the connecting
of it all.

Connection, you feel it - - - - - - - - - You appreciate it.

Now while feeling this sense of connection,when you are ready, slowly

Open your eyes,

It is important not to judge or analyze.
Just start writing for a few minutes – begin right away.
